Jessica grew up in a small family automotive business, where she spent 12 years learning every aspect of running a business while building her qualifications in business, education and communication. Jessica works with future and current business owners on development and strategy, marketing and social media, customer service, and general business operations.

With extensive experience in the vocational education and adult learning industry, Jessica is a compassionate and supportive mentor focused on setting and achieving goals.

Jessica holds numerous business qualifications as well as a Bachelor of Communication (Public Relations). She also works as a trainer/assessor, delivering qualifications across business services, entrepreneurship and media & communications. She has extensive experience training and working with business owners on social media strategy and personal branding that aligns with the goals of the business.
