Cancellation Policy

The Business Centre has a 48-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy as our appointments are in high demand.  If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require that you provide notice 48 hours in advance by Phone: #4925 7700 or via Email: reception@businesscentre.com.au.

If you do not attend or fail to cancel your appointment within 48 hours, you will forfeit that session.  Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are difficult to fill and by giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.

There is some flexibility in this policy for emergency situations as we understand that unplanned issues/considerations can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment with less notice.
