Dana is a Mid North Coast local with experience in enhancing the operations of small-to-medium businesses by fostering efficiency through the implementation of streamlined processes, well-defined structures, and innovative solutions.

Dana moved to project based work, through her business, as she grew into her strengths as an organiser and efficiency leader with a variety of skills drawn from her management experience in employment, innovation, real estate and retail operations.

Dana is well versed and confident in providing solutions around systems and processes whilst upskilling her clients to ensure they feel comfortable with what they are using and how they are using it. To maximise efficiency and productivity, Dana works to implement business wide procedures and ensure any road blocks are a thing of the past.

A natural problem solver, Dana has worked independently with a variety of businesses from Telecommunications, Arts and Healthcare Recruitment to understand their operations and needs.
