Jessica is a business and marketing consultant with over 15 years’ experience across corporate leadership, small business ownership, and entrepreneurship. She began her career in senior roles at major FMCG brands like Coca-Cola Amatil, Mars Wrigley, and Real Pet Food Company, gaining expertise in operations, team leadership, and delivering results under pressure.

Since 2017, Jess has built and grown her own businesses in the virtual assistant and online business management space, helping hundreds of women launch and scale service-based businesses through mentoring, coaching, and training. She founded Totally Unleashed to support women in creating financial and time freedom through systems strategy, social media marketing, and mindset work.

Jess holds Diplomas in Business Management, along with certifications in platforms like Hootsuite and Asana, and has completed advanced training with leaders such as Kerwin Rae and Tony Robbins.
