This rate is set to cover the cost of delivering the service and not to make a profit, ensuring we can continue providing quality, one-on-one support with our experienced advisors.
Meet our Advisors
Booking Policy
Advisory sessions are available at a commercial rate of $242 per hour (incl. GST).
Sessions are available online via Microsoft Teams, In-Person or by phone.
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
Bookings can be made directly with our team.
Once confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation email with session details.
- A tax invoice will be issued upon payment for your records.
If you are running late:
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
Sessions will finish at the scheduled time to respect other bookings.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please notify us as early as possible.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking up to 12 hours prior to your session at no additional cost.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to your session are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.
If you fail to attend a booked session without notice, the session fee is non-refundable.
The Business Centre Cancellations
In the unlikely event that The Business Centre needs to cancel or reschedule your session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another available time.
