Our Business Advisors are highly skilled professionals who have each run their own business and are passionate about helping our clients succeed.
Our Customer Journey Concierge will match you with the advisor best suited to your needs and preferences, and will organise your session for you.
Before the meeting, your advisor will be briefed on your business and the topics you’d like to discuss, ensuring your time together is focused and productive.

This rate is set to cover the cost of delivering the service and not to make a profit, ensuring we can continue providing quality, one-on-one support with our experienced advisors.

$250 per hour (inc GST)
$140 30-Min quick check in (inc GST)
Session Bundle
$800 for 4 hours (inc GST)
Meet our Advisors
Booking Policy
- Sessions are available online via Microsoft Teams, In-Person or by phone.
- A $50 appointment holding fee is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.
This fee is credited toward the total session cost.
- Bookings can be made directly with our team.
- Once confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation email with session details.
- A tax invoice will be issued upon payment for your records.
If you are running late:
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
Sessions will finish at the scheduled time to respect other bookings.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please notify us as early as possible.
Rescheduling:
You may reschedule your booking up to 12 hours prior to your session at no additional cost.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, the holding fee is non-refundable.
- If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, the holding fee will be held as a credit for a future session (to be used within 3 months).
If you fail to attend a booked session without notice, the holding fee is non-refundable.
The Business Centre Cancellations
In the unlikely event that The Business Centre needs to cancel or reschedule your session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another available time.
