In this 2-hour session, you’ll learn what goes into a business plan, how to identify your customers, and where to find free information to research your market and competitors. You’ll also receive a toolkit of templates and resources to build your plan after the workshop, and find out what support is available, including one-on-one help from a Small Business Advisor.
