Wayne Diemar has held Executive positions in a variety of industries including Manufacturing, Construction, Food, Resource and Energy sectors. With two Trade qualifications, a Diploma in Leadership and Management from Hunter TAFE and an MBA from the University of Newcastle, Wayne has sat on industry committees in the Hunter and Central Coast regions and has previously been a Board Member of Central Coast Industry Connect.

Wayne has worked with SME’s, Family businesses and several tier one organisations throughout NSW in Strategy, Operations, Business Development and Consulting. Wayne has worked to enhance, guide, and develop small businesses through collaboration, strategy, networking, focusing on identify opportunities that will enhance, grow, and build a business in line with a realistic vision. As well as strategy, Wayne has developed budgets, marketing, tendering and business plans for small businesses which have enabled them to measure and manage.

Wayne is a strong advocate for the region and believes networking and collaboration is the key to assist the growth and development of businesses into the future. Having had the opportunity to be engaged with several remote Indigenous communities/ businesses, over the last few years, he believes, that work, has been the most rewarding, he has done.
